Tested with a full raid group 10m ToC, Alterac Mountains (US). Does not work. We did 10m ToC, 10m Ony, then on our way to 10m Ulduar I decided to pass by 10m ToC after reading this. No NPCs, however the floor was back.

could this be possibe with togc10, i havent had to run it in a while seeing as my gear has surpassed it but it could be good for alts and such... i might do a run tonight and see if it soft resets will write back.

yeah there's no way Blizz would have let this slip with a "soft reset" as you say.
It's a raid... all raids save the same way (basically) I really doubt this one would be any different..
