Its use is to annoy people. Which alot of people find really useful.

Exploiting game mechanics with the intent to destroy the ability of other players to get their stuff done = ban. I really hope Blizzard bans everyone who does this. It's annoying and pointless. Bonus points for giving a way to grief others, I guess.
