That is, if you're not under constant attack.

PS: I don't think instantly respawning critters, which give weapon skill, is supposed to be in the game program. Damn you judgemental people.

So this is basically the same idea as alliance lvling their weapon skill by slaughtering rats in the Ironforge side of the tram, with a little more risk involved. Interesting.
