Call of the Duskbringer - kill with ghouls

So doing the quest Secrets of the Scourge - Quest - World of Warcraft

I hearthed while I had the debuff on me and here's the result:

Mate ... maybe she likes Wow UI , but still uses Keybind ? but maybe :P. but atleast an exploit . Gonna try it out .

When you get the Tome from that quest, you get a debuff that summons ghouls to attack you.

I'm just wondering how do you hearth with that.

Well, I haven't tried to replicate it since I turned the quest in, but theres 2 ways I see, when I did it my mage had a sonic shield up and the ghouls didn't interrupt the casting of hearthstone, or you get lucky and go 10 secs without a ghoul attack.
