You dont need to say scammed, just say something like your younger brother was trying to merge his account on your PC and that he assumed his battlenet account was the one that was logged in, hey presto they will un-merge the accounts and with any luck you will retain the pet/achievement.

As stated before, if all else fails you can always migrate your characters away at a later date.

Please, don't post bullshit without having no clue of really what goes on. Why, according to you, does this not work anymore? I want to know what excuse you have, because once they realized the potential of BNet merging for scammers, they allowed accounts to be unmerged if someone reported being hacked.

I can now confirm the account was unmerged and merged to a new Battle.net account, the pet and the achievement remained so all is working!

Milk this one while you can because soon (next week I think) all account will require bnet account to log on and you won't be able to abuse this "feature" to get free BOA pets on to different accounts.
