Currently there is problem with the pet Mr. Chilly, which is supposed to be given to everyone, who merged his account with battle.net account. The problem is that a lot of players do not have the pet sent to them, even tho they have the accs merged. The fix is quite simple.

Go to battle.net and request a password change, as if you've forgotten your password. Now Change the pass (you will need to know the first and the second name of the account owner + the answer of the secret question).
When you login in game you will have your pet in the mail box

yesterday after 6 hours of waiting GM told me to do that so its not exploit

Cool. Although I got my pet. For some reason though the egg does not go away when you learn to summon it as the other pets and mounts you can learn. Still sits in my inventory

Its a common 'bug', you can just delete it, if you've already learned it. It should say something like 'Already Known'.
So just delete it, if it bothers you

Changing your account password does force some server-side updates on your account. For example, when Wrath came out, if your account didn't seem to upgrade properly a password change would sort it.
