ReloadUI = Reload User Interface... a simple command to reload quickly your UI without exiting the game... i don't see a link between Honour Points & User Interface...

Here's why you think it works and here's why it doesnt work:
When in AV, you get honor regardless. The honor comes from the resources gathered by your team. When you use a /console reloadui, it recounts how much honor you would get from the resources, then forgets to reset your current honor count.
Basically, its just recounting the same honor over and over.
