Only been tested with the Shipment: Shifting Sun Curio Daily, Try the other dailies if you like and report back with your findings.

Does not work for the quest where you make the bright armor relic. US server. Killed about 70 revenants after making the first Bright Armor Relic, no further drops.

Yeah, tried again today and it didn't drop

Just had the Shifting Daily. Got my quest item from the first mob. Made it into a shifting sun curio, then killed another 100+ mobs. No second drop. Seems to be hotfixed.
