Yeah normally that would happen.

Tips:

Try to get not too high,
he shouldn't reach you with his frostbolts, DIRECTLY after he cancel the cast, fly to him.
Let him hit you, so he follow you a bit, he will then cast frostbolt again > fly high > he cancel > fly to him.

Try to look how i move...i needed some work to figure out how to do it

Hehe yeah, if you got him near the city you did it right^^ if you land, be sure you can spam a attack every ~5 seconds, so he didnt evade

not sure how much aoe damage he does to ppl around this when u get him into the city , but i see a great oppritunity here to lure ppls bank alts to Dal for some fake reason ,,and gettting them grouped up in this area to get them killed lol.

He did about 1100+ to ~3-4 people
and have a cleave^^

Just did this after some really close tries but then a mage insta gibbed it before I could take advantage of the ice breaths and just a second later a dk skinned the mob but that was my fault because I looted it :<
