Tested this as well and it does not work. If you have the 3 smaller mobs running at you or fighting or anything, and you run out, they just reset back to their mount start position..

I think he is trying to say teh following:

1. Start event, kill the 3 "trash" groups.
2. Then, just as the 3rd pack is going down, and the Greatchampions are going to fight you, run ot of the instance.
3. Run back in and you should face the UNMOUNTED Greatchampions.

Anyways, this fight is even easier than killing Hogger :/

well this is a rather large pile of fail.

tried every combo, and the only time the encounter DOESN'T reset is when the bosses have been dismounted. but that part is common knowlege.
