Lockpick exploit still works

I decided to try this new lockpicking exploit thing, and it seemed as if it was hotfixed. Then I started to wonder about how they hotfixxed it, and what things I could do to possibly make it work again, and I tried the arena.

In the arena and any BG the lockpick exploit worked just fine for me, went up about 150 levels.
