First of all, this isn't useful in anyway it's just something I tried when I was bored as hell
Secondly, I searched and found nothing related to these NPCs but of course before you rage this is still probably a repost and most likely in the wrong section.

These NPCs can be kited into Orgrimmar, It's not useful but having so many NPCs attacking you in org provides some amusement. I'm not sure how far they can be kited but I took them all around the Valley of strength (Bank, Auction House, Hellscream)

Almost any mob in Kalimdor could be kited there.. But every npc 1shots it, so whats the fun in it ;/

Nothing attacks them other than players, It's fairly easy to aggro them without killing them.
