Also, found a more convinient stable master at the argent tournament grounds.

However, I was forced to do a /reloadui to get the ghoul (dunno why) but I still get it to work.

Edit:

After the /reloadui, you open the stable master, don't close the error, drag the ghoul back to current, then close error.

Doesn't seem to work for me.
I get it over at the stabled spot, but when I raise my ghoul it's just a regular Risen Ghoul.

You don't raise the ghoul with the spell, you drag it back to current pet after doing the /reloadui, and it should raise by itself.
