    Fly Over Wintergrasp [Druid]

Okay I searched for "wintergrasp" "druid" and found nothing so sorry if this is a repost.

So Normally if you want to get from Dal to say Borean Tundra (for daily or w.e) you have to fly around Wintergrasp because if you go over on say a proto drake it will dismount you can cause you to flall slowly to the ground.

However, if you fly over in your 280% flight speed druid bird form then when it dismounts you, it will put a parachute on you and you will fall slowly, but will still have the horizontal speed of 280%

With this you can completely bypass wintergrasp without ever landing. This is not working as intended so I consider it an exploit, but it's only slightly useful so it's more of a trick; a lot of druids might already know about this /shrug.

i got an even better exploit! use a flight point from dragonblight to borean thundra and u will not dismount when flying over WG too! and it even works for all classes not only druid! this is definitely not intended though. u might get banned while trying this, so better dont.

Yes but this is much faster than a flight point.
For all other classes if they have 280% flying around wintergrasp is still faster than a flightpoint. Only use a flightpoint if you don't have 280/310 or if you wanna afk travel.

This is does not work for travelling from Dragonblight to Scholazar as invisible walls prevent you from flying high enough to give enough drop distance to fly over Wintergrasp.

Additionally, the speed of taxis is actually greater than that of 280% flying speed mounts and are roughly equivalent to the 310% speed mounts. Of course, being able to fly directly to a destination certainly helps.

nope, that's wrong. as long as 2 flightpoints are directly connected with each other, using a fp is faster. just test it out with the route dalaran -> ulduar, which is directly connection via flightpoint
