[Druid] No CD on Tranquility

How effective would this be? I mean you'd have such a small mana pool making this really ineffective. I guess it's fun just to play around with but certainly not something you would want to use in a lvl 80 raid.

It's very much useful if you use it each time Omen of Clarity is procced.

It's already been confirmed by several people including me. If it would be a 2 min CD, it would be working as intended, but the exploit part is, is that it does not reduce it to a 2 min CD but to no CD at all.

no, tranq is useless in bgs and arena.
lvl 60 items + casting tranq @ arena = fail

Just because its useless for you it doesnt mean its useless. I have no druid therefor its useless for me.

i have a resto druid and the "exploit" still sucks.

It's very much useful if you use it each time Omen of Clarity is procced.

randomly casting grp heal is very usefull, if all party members except the tank have 100% hp and the tank dies while you cast 8 sec tranq.

I can confirm this works. I actually found this to be rather useful in fights such as Sapphiron and Ignis the Furnace Master. Will +rep whenever I can.

It's completely useless tbh, and even though there is a "no useless" sticky right at the top of the screen, I'm still going to give you 1 rep because it's kinda a little bit cool (and I'm going to get it on my druid for the goof)

Cenarion Set: No longer reduces the (nonexistent) cooldown on Hurricane. Instead, the set bonus increases the damage done by Hurricane by 15%.

Can anyone confirm/deny if that will be replacing the tranquility cooldown as well?

The CD reduction on Tranquility will remain unchanged.
