Extra to the Strath Mount Run

We all know the crate trick to rush to the end of the instance, hit 2 crates and the gates open up.

This isn't much more but I noticed while running today that if you hit the 2-3 crates at the rat trap (while running) the gates don't drop in on you and you can keep running. Rats don't aggro. Saves a few extra seconds over all.

Thats the same concept as the already known 'open crates, doors despawn'. Every 2 or 3 crates you open one of the gates despawns (generally in the order you go through them), including the gate that traps you in the rat area.

If you have Sprint, Aspect of Cheetah, or any other speed boosts, you can actually run through those gates before they close.

Well the crates bug IS an exploit, this however is just commong knowledge (dont stop running as a mob spawns and he wont hit you)

No. I think you miss understand me. The gates usually lock you in at the rat trap. The common knowledge was from the crates at the end to open the huge gate. These crates were for the little rat trap gate.
