No Repair bills Yogg Saron Phase two

While progressing with my guild @ Yoggy, I found out that if you die while Insane, you won't get repair bills.
So when your leader calls out Wipe, just enter a portal and stay there untill you get madness.

Saved me for 100g repair.

Have fun progressing in Yoggy. Not. (lost 500g repair in two days due to p1 wipes and constrictors).

Common knowledge? Any boss that has ever MC'd you and you die while MC'd has never given you a repair bill.

Tell that to the ones that don't have done any bosses that MC. The only one I can think of right now (not that I care to think very much atm), is Chromaggus.

Its pretty common knowledge that dying while mc'd gives no repair bills. Anyone who has done yogg knows that, or that has ever been mc'd...

I think that works too, but there's no way to control it.

Thanx Aqz, yes, the point with this thread is that you can pretty much control the MC, and therefore prevent repair bills in a much better way than on all other bosses with MC, since on this boss it doesn't have to be a random target.

You can still loose all your "Insanity" and go crazy without the portals.

I will try this if my guild starts to wipe on phase2.

What Phoenix2 said. When a wipe is called out everyone should die as fast as possible so that you can pull again as soon as you can. Going down in the portals (if they are there, very unlikely) and going insane takes forever, and while you're down there being selfish to save yourself 10g and wasting time for 24 other people, the rest of the raid is trying to run through the instance door repeatedly and getting spammed with "encounter is in progress" messages because you're still alive.
