judging from ur post there this is a repost... however i wouldnt have known about it if it wasnt here...
I cant really test if this works because im struggling with a freaking keylogger and some other things so i cant even get on. And when i finally get on after days i wouldnt feel like making my character stuck in a DC permanently xD

Pretty sure griefing people is not useless.

And also confirmed. Was able to disconnect myself and another player with Baby Spice. Only worked while mounted. Tested in Dalaran fountain.

Edit: Just tested a little more. It seems to only work when entering the water. I baby spiced my friend while he was swimming in deep water on his mount. Didn't DC. He then jumped in the air and when hitting the water again he DC'd.

social engineering is getting somebody to do something YOU want, that they might not want to do, or wouldn't do under normal circumstances.

ie:
Call up a gamestore masquerading as a blizzard representative saying a large number of time cards from this region were coming up as used and having them read off a code for you to 'test'.

That is one instance of social engineering.
