Cause mayhem in Ironforge

Was reading a thread earlier about Getting up weapon skill from the npc's from the world event. (No longer levels your weapon skill)

Anyway i took the npc all the way from undercity to ironforge. This mob just wont die

Heres some pics of the journey, which took about an hour.

Took him to the king and aggroed all the guards, but was unable to aggro the king.

Npc's name is Midsummer Merchant

Went back after leaving him for about 3 hours to find him not with the king, but in the bank!

Trying this now and the mob is resetting back to its default position as I get a small distance away from UC, is there a specific route you took?

I think that blizz fixed it because the mob resets when you get away from UC

I did it like 6 hours ago from now so mabe it got a fix =(

Sucess! It has not been fixed, with another person I got it to chillwind camp.



It resets back to UC when you move far enough away from it, using two people (one pulling and holding aggro, and the other staying ontop of mob with a low amount of threat) prevents the mob from teleporting back to UC.

However this took us about 50 minutes to get from Undercity to Chillwind, I can't believe you could get to IF in an hour! Especially with the risk of pvp being on the entire journey, I was lucky that the hordes passing me didnt attack.
