Help a friend with [More torch catching]

I had a friend who for some reason had trouble doing the more torch catching quest. I found that if you have a passenger mount, your friend can hop in and you can do it for them.

can be hard when too many people are doing it... so probably good... but how do you do that? you cant juggle on mount i heard :P
