HOw much xp would you get if somebody kills it when you are level 1?
and with rested xp + Raf you would get 6 times that xp 90k xp per kill its nice
im not sure about the Raf part because i cant get it in my country :S

i dont think you have to be 75 to kill it.
But you do need to be 75 to accept the quest if you're going that route.
I mob tagged form 70-75 sooo i couldn't say if this was a better method
