Whats the difference between using an auto clicker to use a macro to kill this mob, and using an auto clicker to use a macro to kill any other mob. They all respawn indef.

It would work, but it's not less bannable than using a simple autoit program.

And I guess that using an automated tool which clicks on this button for you all that time is not detectable since it is not running inside of WoW. And as far as I know, Wow does not analyze the content of the RAM...

But using this water bird would be the coolest solution I guess :P And actually there are more zones like this one, just make sure you keep your eyes open.
