Zeppelin toy spam visual trick/exploit

Just had a Zeppelin toy from the Dalaran vendor thrown at me from a guildie, then we tried playing catch with it see how far it went... then i noticed it moved path depending on where you were, so i ran away from it.

Now the interesting part: whilst the visual entity is still coming towards you, you can receive the item and throw it back!

When we noticed this, we kept throwing it to-and-fro whilst running along a straight road (Goldshire to Redridge) with a bit of distance apart from us... nearly max throwing distance

We then ran around them in circles till we collected them all up
And you have about 100 zeppelins chasing you!
We kited them to stormwind, but I think it's client side because no one reacted, still an interesting thing though.

I'm pretty sure this isn't a repost and i'm not sure if anyone will find a heavily beneficial use for this -- except a bit of entertainment ^^

It's not client side, and i can confirm that. Know that way back :P

It's totally possible, the ziplin "lands" in your bag approx 15 seconds after thrown, must take AGES to build up to 100.

If people are in the nearby area, they can see them, but if you run them to a new area, the people there can't see them.

I remember doing this on the wotlk beta in COT waiting for heroic's to reset, we had 3 people running round in a circle throwing it to the person in front of you and we had to have had at least 30/40 each chasing us, looks funny as
