The druid spell Lifebloom (Lifebloom - Spell - World of Warcraft 28% of base mana as a level 80 Tauren Druid is about 978-980.) was recently changed to cost more mana, and return half the mana back at the end of the duration of the spell.
But, the Tree of Life talent (Tree of Life - Spell - World of Warcraft) reduces the mana cost of Lifebloom (well, all HoTs) by 20%. Making it cost 978 to 782 mana. I was curious with this and decided to see if it was really 'working as intended'. I casted Lifebloom, only one, and at the end I got 490 mana back.
The reduction of mana cost on HoTs is currently bugged and doesn't effect the mana return on Lifebloom.
This also works with the trinket Spark of Hope (Spark of Hope - Item - World of Warcraft).
