Transitus Shield - Gaurd Blind Spot

So, if you hop up the right side of the house and shimmy along the roof to the back, and then up and over to the other side, never jumping once onto the roof, it seems to be a blind spot from the gaurds. If you fly up there, or jump while up there they pwn you pretty quick. Think I am clipping through the roof a little. Heres a picture to illustrate the final position.

Heres the How to, in picture form...

If you can only jump up there... you will get kill by lvl77+ opponents, not the guard.
And he/she will kill you twice at least.

True, there is the risk, except if you fly in to this spot and aggro, you get lit up by 7+ guards. I didn't really have trouble with lvl80s , cept the paly that swung, bubbled, swung and then died right after I did.
