Prevent hunter from FD as DK

Just a very small exploit, but it can be useful in pvp when a hunter tries to FD. If you send your ghoul pet on him, he will not be tricked by FD and he will keep attacking him. With an assist macro you can easily retarget it then. This isn't intended to be, as hunter/warlock/other pets DO get tricked by FD.
