Go ahead and take a look at the guys topic, he discovered it when he almost died while mounted and popped dispersion, only to realise he didn't get dismounted, so maybe if you were dying by a big group of enemies you could run away and use it!

ALSO dispersion makes you immune to movement impairing effects, and I know everyone has got rooted by a druid and had to dismount and fight because they had no choice.

Why would I have to do research for you? The spell says nothing about being dismounted. Just because it dosn't say "This spell dismounts you" dosn't mean that it will dismount you. God you're dumb.
