Actually this is a bug.

Blizzard gave pets a GCD in like 2.X ish but now in Wotlk there are 2 pets w/o GCD .

Spring Rabbit's Foot ( rabbit of noble garden )

and

Nurtured Penguin Egg ( pengu )

so if you make a macro with both of them you can spam the macro and see them both spawn. Like in the old days =p making farms and shit
