the achievment is to use [Spring Flowers] on one a female of each race. [Spring Flowers] has a 5min cooldown, and there is 10 races - this should therefore take 50minutes to do. However I found out that if you join Skirmish arena the cooldown will reset, and since skirmish arena is almost instant queue this makes it ALOT faster to do!

So basicly; get to dalaran, use your Spring Flowers, sign for arena, join, exit, use them again and repeat!
