[Rogue] - Avoid Fear on Auriaya (Ulduar)

Hello Everyone, Quick little exploit I found.

Auriaya in Ulduar has an AOE Fear that she casts quite often. As a combat rogue, if you begin a Killing Spree on her during the 2 second cast of "Terrifying Screech," you will not be feared.


I was able to do this on both the 25man and 10man versions.

As with almost all AE effects you can also Vanish at the last second and it will not hit you.

- Killing Spree in last 1-2 sec. of cast

Muti Rouge:
- Vanish near end of the last sec.

Tried both ... vanish is harder to time!

*nod* Always has been, but it's worked for ages on spells. Just handy to have for stuff like this or Maexxna's web wrap.

this is very good if none else in the raid can avoid the fear and kick her sonic blast shit

Working as intended. And common sense if you know that you're immune to cc when spree-ing.

Vanishing is a great tool as well, as well as if you're kicking on her, kick with 0.2 seconds left on fear cast and sentinel blast will be interupted despite you being feared.

edit: Sentinel blast, not sonic. You can vanish sonic blast as well btw.

Yep, I have KS glyphd, so I can KSpree -> Wotf -> Kspree and by then she is almost dead
