Which emblem items can you purchase and then get refunds?

Edit: DOES NOT WORK WITH Magister Brasael < Emblem of Valor QuarterMaster> or Magistrix Lambriesse . Tested on several items including General gear and Tier Tokens.

Any sugestions for EoV or EoH vendors this works with?

I just got the 50 cooking reward and the 100 cooking reward achievement back to back pretty much. within 2 minutes of each other.

Sorry was looking at the xxx amount of cooking recipe rather then the amount of dalaran cooking award badges.
