[DK] Make ghoul CD start before your current ghoul dies

(I am sorry if this has been posted before, but I couldn't find anything similar.)

When you summon a ghoul, the CD for Raise Dead won't start running until your current ghoul dies. In other words, you will have to wait 1 minute and 30 seconds before you can summon a new ghoul with Night of the Dead 2/2 specced.

The exploit is very simple:
Just mount with your ghoul summoned and the game will think that since ghoul disappeared, it died and the cooldown will start running. This is very handy for wipes in Ulduar or in PVP for that health Death Pact so you get to summon a ghoul faster than intended.
