It has been known that when you are on the mount you sometimes dont see vendors. It is due alot to lag. Its not an exploit that the server is running slower. If you were to stay in the tent long enough, you would be ported out, its just you were faster.

I stayed there for about 1 hour o_0, The exploit was jumping and staying on the air = you can get anywhere.
I got on top of Ulduar this way, but it crashed before i could take the video, unlucky :S

Second: I can get on top of Ulduar with my flying mount, no big deal.
