Reset CD's with Dual-specc

Just tried this on my DK with talented spells and untalented spells and it doesn't work, sorry i think blizz keeps the CD's saved somewhere.

It only works for classes with spells like: Readiness, Preparation and Cold Snap

Half of my talents disappeared, so then i switched specs and went back, then all my talents were reset.... never knew how i did it

Evry time i switch i have my talentpoints reseted xD
