Currently on Runetotem EU, Artrius the Heartless is bugged with a constant immune. As he's immune, he still gives weapon skill: So...

*Although this is only on one realm and will probably be fixed ~quite soon~ (Which by Gm's standards, is about 1 day) you may want to keep a look out on your realm. I've seen this happen twice on mine. If someone can find out how it's done: Wicked*

That mob will go immune when damaged enuf, and if someone kites the adds away he will stay like that, its not about server

I didn't know, haven't read about it. Thanks for explaining. Still, easy weapon skill as the title suggests.

You know what's easier? And is available without a bug and on every server? Gordok Spirits.

Go to DMN, get to the last boss, dont kill him. Go behind him, right click spirit, go afk for X amount of time, come back, skill increased. Easy.
