Devotion Aura R9 No CD

Playing my paly and i noticed that Devotion Aura Rank 9 does not trigger the global CD, it seems to have its own.

Don't really know what i can do with this yet, but maybe a macro spamming both of them will trigger both effects at once?

It's not a theory, there is not any CD. That is the exploit. I'm only suggesting of what you can possibly do with the no CD situation.
