Blue post says that enchants will get a lvl requirement and if you dont meet it when u have the enchant it will simply turn grey till ur that lvl.
I dont think its worth it to get it

I apologize for not rewording this and trying to STEAL credit. I guess I should have done like a lot of people do change it up a bit and pretend like I figured it out. I have been looking to figure this out for a while and saw that there were avid twinkers here and figured that I would share it in case someone needed it. NOT EVERYONE MAY GO TO TWINKINFO.COM. I posted an exploit, didn't ask/beg for rep, clearly stated that I didn't figure this out yet I get flack from half of the people here. I even tested with my own gold and expanded with a few tips. Like it works with Shaman chants like Frostbrand weapon, don't equip this on your main when doing it or it will get stuck on him.

Can someone please confirm that this works on Blue Legs (Necro / Basilisk Hide)?

This does work on Necro I did a pair for a friend. I could not get this to work with quest items or rep rewards. I think the way that the programming of the souldbound option works with the enchant cuasing it to souldbind and the actual equipping work differently. My belief of this is becuase if you put the enchant on and it says soulbound it will remove it when you log out and in but if you actually equip it then it stays.

I tested this with the BC "Arcanum of Ferocity" 34 AP and 16 hit for my rogue, and it worked. I played a few games with it, but decided to delete them before I get banned. It's not worth my account with 2 level 80's. But if you want to try this, is DOES work.

Worked for me aswell but I guess that once 3.1 hits it will become useless...Pretty sad that Blizzard will destroy twinking but I guess that this will actually make the so-called twinking brackets a bit more challenging because to be competitive you won't need k gold and OVER NINE THOUSAND boosts.

Why do you think this is bannable, but not using the Libram's and level 60 armor enchant?
