This exploit is really old. So old, in fact, that passenger mounts no longer have their own healthbar/debuff afflictions. Are you sure this exploit still works?

(I suppose it could still work with a non cartel-hostile driver with a cartel-hostile passenger... but the driver would lose rep too, thus limiting its effectiveness.)
