Nice find, HOWEVER thinking that Blizzard won't fix it because they're simply too "lazy" is just stupid. If it's posted on the ptr forums as said above they will for sure fix it, if they're as lazy as you say why would they even fix bugs in the first place? Also this could be a pretty huge exploit when talking about progressing in ulduar on live servers so it's going to get fixed. Blizzard wouldn't want progress too fast.

As of Sunday the 15th of March, this no longer works on the PTR. After equipping both weapons as Fury, and then changing to your dual-spec, where the Broken Armor dummy is, both weapons appear in Red, even though they're both fully repaired and equipped.

If you try attacking while they're both equipped, they'll just stay sheathed on your character and you'll start punching with your fists. Un-equipping them both and re-equipping one of them will let you deal damage with it again.
