If you are a member of Brew of the Month Club you can buy Aromatic Honey Brew - it has a chance on use to get a buff called Honey Toutched wich makes you run around like you were feared, but instead you are being chased by bees

If you are standing near the door to Old Ironforge you have a chance you will run through the door while under the effect of the Buff.

There are probably other doors and invisible walls you can go through using this instead of getting feared or sheeped.
