How come your level 43 on your picture? This doesn't prove it works on level 1, get a SS on a level 1 char and ill +Rep

i can confirm this to work on lvl 1's. used it a good while to plvl my undeads along with the wep enchant (like wizard oil, sept more sp) that gives loads of SP against UD from the scourge invasion event. just aplied it to wep and traded it over to mah lvl 1, set out a feast and then owned my way trough the lowlvlz. (btw i hate lvling so i also got the pretbc spellpower wepon enchant on the wep and TBC legings enchant so it's kinda insane ownage against the poor undeads in trisifal, especialy when i had the hit rating and haste from the recent love is in the air event)
