3:00AM to 3:00PM PDT is when it should be available.

Not sure how helpful this is, however when viewing the page source i see, which is 1 hour and 30 minutes after this edit. Not sure how accurate it is either but i am just going to assume this is a note for the web developer to change the javascript / code to redirect you during those hours to a page where you are able to copy your character. Opinions?

After reading this i started my PRT client and sure enough its downloading the newest 3.1 awsome and i checked wow.com and it says my toon has sucesfully been transfeered mind you i put it in 2-3 days ago when it was up but yeah all going now any minute now till its downloading GG thread
