it's a known bug and will be fixed soon.
at the moment lot of pala use it in pvp

EPIC FAIL ! Paladins don't bubble hearth anymore, they kill you ;-)

But +rep for finding a paladin that still did that (and for the memories of old times where it was their main defensive ability)
