Well sorry for my step by step guide im not that great at explaining things, but i hope you can see that it works cause someone else has tested as well, but yer its a bit useless but still fun to see some high wand crits.

More of a bug than an exploit.

It's not like exploit doesn't exactly mean "gaining an advantage from using a bug"

Wand should either not benefit from the buff or consume it => it's a bug
Doubling your wand damage = an advantage, useless but still an advantage.

So it's an almost useless exploit, but still an exploit.
