[Exploit] Fan of Knives with HAT spec

*The exploit requires you to be HAT speced and it also requires an AoE pack, or at least another target apart from your main target!*

Okay, first of all I'm not 100% this is an exploit but as far as I know this isn't supposed to happen. What I noticed when I was AoEing some mobs while waiting for my raid to get together was that whenever I critted with Fan of Knives on the mobs I hit with Fan of Knives (except for the current target) I gained a combo point. I found it especially handy while AoE farming since I could kill the mobs I was attacking faster than usual, but it could also be used in raids / instances to get some extra fast CP regeneration.

EDIT: After a while of testing on training dummies I've noticed that the combo point gain for some reason only happens when the Main Hand weapon crits. Added another SS to show it.

I cant make a judgement on if this is an exploit or working as intended. I will have to look into this.

Please clarify. Are you getting a combo point on every target when your fan of knives crits, or just who your targeting? Because if its just who your targeting that's how HaT is supposed to work.

It's supposed to give CP's when someone in your party crits, and as far as I know Fan of Knives isn't the same as someone in my party and therefore it technically is an exploit (or at least a bug). And I'm getting combo points on the person I'm targeting.

This is NOT an exploit.. It's working as intended..
HAT Stands: When anyone in your group critically hits with a damage or healing spell or ability, you have a 33/66/100% chance to gain a combo point on your current target.
And since you ARE a part of your own party it does give you combos for critting with whatever ability, even if it wouldn't normally give combos. Like FoK..

Only thing NOT intended in this ability is the proc rate of the combos, you get >9000 combo points per second if you are in a group with 2 rogues and for e.q. 3 hunters that have alot of abilities that can crit all the time (explosive shot gives 5 combo points if all 3 ticks crit).
