This is actually quite well known.

Another thing you can do if you want to go male>female is go to brunnhildar village and use a deviate fish or something similar and voila! your male character will be a female pirate/ninja/blood elf/whatever.

I guess noggenfogger has the same effect as that Iron Boot Flask, yes. So it should work.

Just in case you don't know, doesn't work with Humans/Dwarves since you don't get the Human Illusion with these classes.
