    [Achievement] Volazj's Quick Demise

    i dont know if it is already posted :

    If you have a paladin and a warlock / druid in your group , Just cast a Divine intervention on the healer or someone else during the cast of insanity.

    After the cast , just Cancel ID then rez the paladin with warlock stone or druid Brez.

    Then you will got only 2 add to kill instead of 4 , and no add for the others

    Basicly on the last boss in Old Kingdom: Ahn'kahet, He casts the spell Insanity: While hes casting have a Paladin Divine Intervent an Druid. This will take the Druid out of combat and with paladin dead. You will only have to fight 3 adds. Then druid pops it off and combat ress paladin. 5 players vs 2 adds.

    This achievement requires you to kill Volazj in 2 minutes. Volazj has ability 'insanity' to split everybody in group into different phase ( you'll not see Volazj and 'real' other group members in those phase ) and create illusion of 4 other members in the group, if you don't kill all those 4 images, you can't get back out.

    I think what he's trying to say is "If you make some people die during insanity, that person won't have to kill any insanity add. And for each person who die during insanity, other alive member will have one less enemy"

    So what he said is. Get a paladin and a druid or a warlock in your group. When boss cast insanity, have paladin use DI ( paladin will die, one other person will immune ) and then have a paladin get up later ( with brez or SS ) it means that during insanity, only 3 people will be in combat so that 3 people will got only 2 illusion add while paladin and the person who got DI will got no add to fight at all.

    There are a fair few players having problems with this achievement, sought after for the red proto drake.

    paladins are the answer, you need 2.

    Just as he starts the insanity cast, one of the paladinss uses divine intervention on the healer.

    Only 3 adds will spawn...

    Healer removes their DI.
    They won't see any adds (ie not in combat) and resses paladin.

    Second Insanity cast, the other paladin DIs the healer, same trick again.

    there was an exploit long time ago, where you could run behind a pillar while he casts his insanity, but this isn't an exploit, i would call it a clever trick.

    I got this achievement a few months ago (1-2) using that method, it should still work unless it's been secretly fixed? Where using LoS to each other during insanity reduced the add count, as they only spawned based off people in LoS of each other. (Regardless of boss LoS)

    Blood DKs can kill the adds in roughly 5 seconds...
    So just take one or even two with you - they will go through that phase in a matter of seconds.
