Currently, (might be client side only) there is a bug with Fan of Knives. If you go grab yourself some noggenfogger and then jump off a high ledge and spam FoK, you will keep spinning even though it is on cooldown. Kind of cool, enjoy.

uhm no? Its just spinning.. doubt there is any dmg. Its the same on warriors with WW - just that you dont need any noggenfogger.

Just because it doesn't benefit you doesn't mean it's useless.
