After the recent patch that made it possible to make DKs on other servers that you dont have anything on yet, i went ahead and made a DK for ganking in tanaris. im now level 70 and the dmg helps but this guide will mainly help WARLOCKS because of instant DOTs.
what you do is jump ontop of this building like this

then keep jumping till u get on top. u might need to jump onto that part above the door and then jump onto the roof from that.
from that point you can attack anyone u want with a ranged attack and the guards wont kill you!
they will only be able to use their ranged attack which will fling up up in the air, and if you run towards the side of the roof thats next to the town walls it will shoot you OVER the wall and you can get away free and ez.

i hate to say this, but i just did this 5mins ago... and im doing it right now... it works fine.

i used to do this when wow first came out, back then the guards didn't have guns.

I use a guildies account to get the items with the addon, then trade it to my char. The alliance packages sell for 200g a piece on my server, I can do roughly 5 an hour, so about 1kg an hour.
