[Theory] Account transfer + RAF

It got me kind of thinking. If you had 2 level 80s on one account, and did the RAF to another one of your emails, and bought a new cd key and registered it to that account. After doing that you would transfer one of your 80s from your main account over to the RAF one, and grant your other characters on your main account 40 levels.

1. It would cost quite some money.
2. What do you think?

Once you hit level 60 you cant grant levels, and you actually have to level from 1-60 on the account.

You don't have to be 60 to grant levels, the only thing needed is that your a higher level to the char. your granting
